Implementations and deliveries

From 1st December 2009, according to the contract with a Polish leading company belonging to a global transport & logistics group, Datacom System S.A. provides support for all users of the computer system including services such as helpdesk and computer service.

In the scope of this project Datacom System S.A. provides the following services:

• Helpdesk for end users in all branch offices located in Poland, including office management in headquarter,
• Computer service for the current maintenance of equipment,
• Periodic inspections and conservation of computer equipment.

Helpdesk services provide support to end users in resolving computer problems and its configuration. Assistance is provided by call center consultants.
