Implementations and deliveries

The aim of deployment was to adopt an Internet sales system ‘eSklep’ to facilitate the stamp supllies warehouse. The warehouse is available only for registered contractors (B2B mode - Business To Business). The basis of offered products is the financial-accounting system CDN Optima. All orders in the form of RO documents (receiver reservation) go straight to the CDN Optima system, where they are transformed into invoice documents. Additionally, the following mechanisms were deployed:

• Discounts for contractors – during the realisation of the order discounts defined in the CDN Optima system for given contractors are taken into account.
• Parcel information – every contractor is able to monitor information about the parcel with the ordered content. The parcel is sent via couriers, which allows to track the consignment on the basis of their numbers. Numbers are defined automatically by the system.
