Implementations and deliveries

The aim of deployment was the replacement of paper faxes with electronic, allowing for faster and more effective data exchange. The Open Text Rightfax system was integrated with bank applications to allow customer–bank communication via electronic fax. The system facilitates 70 fax channels, which guarantees sending and receiving a great number of faxes at the same time. The system’s capacity is up to 7,200 faxes per hour. Currently, the average working load amounts to 5-6 thousand faxes daily. The system was deployed in the configuration of the high availability of Load-Balancing. In case of the failure of one server, the overall functionality of the system is fully preserved.
