Implementations and deliveries

Datacom System S.A. has signed a contract with the Polish branch of the Scandinavian bank, and has implemented the fax system Open Text RightFax in 3 locations, including the Polish headquarter of the bank.

It has been connected to the PBX via VoIP FoIP protocol, so that it doesn’t require the use of equipment in the form of fax boards and no extra cost for the purchase and maintenance of such equipment.

Through this project, fax documents in traditional form has been virtually eliminated, and all exchange occurs via electronic fax. Additionally, the RightFax system has been integrated with applications of the bank, which enabled the inclusion of fax documents to the electronic circulation of documents in electronic form, without the need for scanning.
