Quality policy

The Quality Management System, which functions in Datacom System S.A., conforms with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008.

In the entire process of IT project implementation, beginning at pre-imple-mentation analysis right through maintenance, we pay particular attention to:

  • high competence of our specialists,
  • solid and reliable service of Clients,
  • good internal and external communication,
  • repeatability of procedures,
  • conformity with legal regulations.

We stand out by the complexity and wide scope of provided IT services and deliveries.

Implementing the Quality Management System in accordance with the norm EN ISO 9001:2008 contributes to us constantly raising the quality of our services, perfecting cooperation with Clients and their even greater satisfaction. All employees of Datacom System S.A., from the lowest rung up to the board, are engaged in the process of continual quality improvement.

The Quality Management System, which functions in Datacom System S.A., conforms with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008.

The Quality Management System was implemented with the commitment of Union resources within the framework of the Sectoral Operational Programme "Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises" and was assessed by DAS (Direct Assessment Services) on the basis of International Accreditation Forum (IAF) guidelines. ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate

The Quality Certificate is valid for the following scope of activities: supply and lease of IT equipment and software, design and implementation of IT systems, IT maintenance as regards equipment and software, IT outsourcing and design and assembly of personal computer.
