

Almost twenty years ago, we were brought together by the conviction that we are to co-create a new reality. Fascinated by new technologies, we were interested in the changes ahead, and we were discovering the possibilities that the free market brought with it. We wanted to participate in this and we knew that we would do this together. And it continues until this day.
Piotr Smirnow - President of the Board
Graduate of the experimental mathematical class at Staszic XIV High School. In 1986 he completed his MA studies, with an excellent result, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, specialising in industrial electronics. In the course o his studies he was connected to the independent student movement. He also attended lectures in history and sociology at the Warsaw University. After his studies, he worked at the Institute of IT Systems "Medicat", where he was responsible for implementing new technologies. In the years 1989-1991 he worked as an IT consultant for computer companies in Singapore and Sweden. In 1990, the cofounder of Medicat-System Sp. z o.o. [Ltd] (transformed into Datacom System S.A. [Joint-stock Company] in 1999), where from the beginning of the company’s existence to this day he fulfils the function of President of the Board.
He completed several trainings and received certifications in the scope of IT technologies, among others Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, IBM Professional Server Expert, Citrix Certified Administrator, as well as in the scope of sales and management. He is fluent in English and Russian and also speaks Spanish and German. From 1996 to 2008, he served in the presidium of the Supervisory Board of the Housing and Building Co-operative "Dembud". In his free time, he organises trips to the farthest corners of the world, engages in photography, sailing and skiing.
In 2006, he participated in a cruise to Spitsbergen on the yacht "Syrenka", nominated for the voyage award Kolosy 2006.
Married since 1984, has one son.
Piotr Moskwa - Vice-president of the Board
Graduate of the experimental mathematical class at Staszic XIV High School in Warsaw. In 1986 he completed power electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. During his studies he participated in the occupational student strike at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1981, and after the introduction of martial law in the activities of the independent student government council of the Warsaw University of Technology. He gained his first professional experience in the scope of designing software at Energieversorgung Ostbayern AG and at Rewag AG in Regensburg. In Poland he was the co-author of one of the first known integrated ERP package.
From 1990 he was a member of management at the company Medicat-System Sp. z o.o., and he has been Vice-president of the Board of Datacom System S.A. since 1999. Exceeding the IT line of business, he regards his greatest managerial success to be his significant participation in leading the building of a Warsaw housing estate (a few hundred flats and houses) to a positive end - a project taken over from a bankrupt developer company. In the years 2007 and 2008 he was a judge in the finals of the Polish international competition Imagine Cup in the category "Designing software". He is passionate about skiing, classical music and foreign languages, in this the Bavarian dialect. Married, has two sons.
Wojciech Sperkowski - Vice-president of the Board
Graduate of the Electronic Engineering College of further studies in Warsaw at Zajączka street. He began his work in the IT line of business in 1998 at the Institute of IT Systems "Medicat". He was the cofounder of Medicat System Sp. z o.o. (1990), transformed into Datacom System S.A. in 1999, where he fulfils the function of Vice-president of the Board to this day. At the beginning of the nineties, cofounder of the Housing Co-operative, which took over a housing estate from a developer company and led to the completion of building a few hundred flats and houses. In 1997 he actively participated in the organisation, Family Adoption Foundation, which helps newborn children deprived of parental care. There, he fulfils the function of Chairman of the Foundation Board.
He is passionate about music, skiing and volleyball. Married, has four children
