Xerox DocuColor 242/252/260 is a professional, light-production printer/copier based on the latest digital colour system. It is the successor of devices from the class DocuColor 240/250. It is designed for graphic arts and design community, as well as demanding corporate clients.

It delivers excellent quality of prints, provides unusual print speed, offers advanced tools for colour management and operates on a wide range of platforms. The connection of unique technologies and tested solutions, until now reserved for production devices, developed with the construction of the multifunction machine Xerox DocuColor 242/252/260, which operates splendidly in companies requiring fast and professional colour prints. Additionally, it provides many possibilities of finishing produced materials.

The printer-copier DocuColor 242/252/260 uses the latest laser technology – with a 32-beam laser, allowing the printer machine to write data at a quicker rate and at a higher resolution. Thanks to the high resolution 2400 x 2400 dpi, DocuColor delivers image quality and perfect copying of the smallest details unavailable to other devices. The gloss level is smoothly regulated. The special technology in the production of Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss (EA HG) toner enables you to obtain sharp and clear images, which in connection with the increased capacity of the toner itself, reduces the frequency of its replenishment. The device works on paper weighing up to 300 g/m2, which is currently the best result in this class of devices.

Availability in the three variants of speed provides the possibility of adapting capacity to the individual needs of you office:

model DC 242: 40 pages per minute in colour mode, 55 pages per minute in black-and-white mode,
model DC 252: 50 pages per minute in colour mode, 65 pages per minute in black-and-white mode,
model DC 260: 60 pages per minute in colour mode, 75 pages per minute in black-and-white mode.
