Datacom System at the MTS 2006 conference

On 24-25 October 2006 at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw the Microsoft Technology Summit 2006 took place - the technological premiere of the new operating system Windows Vista and Microsoft Office System 2007.

The company Microsoft invited us to co-participate in this event and present our experience in the scope of deploying the Vista system and Office System (including SharePoint). As the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, the company Datacom System S.A. was invited to participate in this conference as an exhibitor, but above all an expert, who deployed the Microsoft Windows Vista system in a few Polish companies before its premiere. In the course of the two-day conference, we were available at our stand, where we answered your questions – mainly in matters of deploying the Vista system and Microsoft Office System, but what was also interesting, there was a huge interest in the products of the company Captaris. In the breaks between sessions, we organised two competitions (in knowledge about Datacom, Captaris products and the conference itself) and one award lottery among those persons, who left us their questionnaires.

What did we present? Captaris!
Due to huge interest, we presented IT solutions created for various areas in business, and broadening the functionality of Microsoft systems. These solutions were created by the well-known American company Captaris, of whom we are one of the representatives in Poland and a few other European countries.

Captaris Workflow
A system of document, information and decision circulation. Operates as an independent system, but is capable of integrating itself above all with the SharePoint system, and also other systems.

Captaris RightFax
Corporate fax solution. It is able to integrate with the existing Active Directory infrastructure (although it can operate without it) and works ideally where faxes in paper version create many problems.

Captaris Alchemy
Professional system for archiving data. Integrated software for creating, managing and administering the modern data repository (archiving all types of documents). We would like to thank all persons interested in our systems and for the very interesting and educational conversations. We are happy that we could help you in various situations and problems (at least to the degree that time and conditions allowed us in between sessions).
