Warsaw, 29 September 2004 – the companies Microsoft and Datacom System, during a seminar organised by the Clients and Partners, presented Teamplate solutions for managing document circulations and team work on the Microsoft platform. Thanks to the use of the server products, the solutions supports work effectiveness and provides time saving. The presented solution – Teamplate – uses servers from the Windows Server System family (SharePoint Portal Server, BizTalk Server, Content Management Server, SQL Server, Windows Server). The final users use tools via the office software MS Office. During the seminar, methods of managing processes of creating and archiving documents, their circulation and team projects were presented, using the Teamplate system. The invited guests also had the possibility of getting to know methods of managing tasks and monitoring their realisation, also consults and group work.

“The deployments of the Teamplate system carried out in Poland and in the world confirm that this solution provides our Clients with greater work effectiveness and great cost and time savings. At the same time, the possibility of using the system with the use of well-known applications from the Microsoft Office System suite, allow to achieve these benefits without any additional costs connected with training users and the necessity of replacing Client computers” – said Magdalena Kozłowska-Deć from the Polish branch of Microsoft. During the meeting, Microsoft representatives also talked about methods of dealing with problems of everyday functioning of the organisation and ways of their elimination. The functionality of presented solutions was also introduced on the example of already performed deployments.
